incredible lags happening in EUNE servers

i started a solo-duo ranked game, everything was going smoothly until both teams started experiencing big amounts of lag, not too long after the game was unplayable and i lost lp because of that. Anybody else experienced lag recently? Another question is can i get back my lost cause it wasn't my internet or computer, everybody was lagging and it ruined the game for everybody.
