Loaded into two separate games simultaneously

I know this isn't a unique occurrence. That's why I had the presence of mind to record.

I noticed something was weird before we even left champ select. The game lingered at the end of the final count before the game laods. Stayed on zero for a couple seconds, than did the usual.

Loaded into the game and noticed that I was hearing the announcer twice. Got to Gromp spot when I realized that top and mid were not present. I put the two together and alt-tabbed. Finally noticed the situation.

I also noticed that when the enemy twice got kills, I'm pretty sure the announcer said "An enemy has been slain". Meaning it thought the twitch was on my team.

The Jayce said he went into the duplicate game that no one was playing in and won it. I don't know about that because Leaverbuster tried to kick me. Too many people were afk and it exited all instances of the game and brought me to that screen with the button you click to go back to game. It loaded me only into the game that had everyone except Jayce who had disconnected shortly after saying he won the other game. So we lost a 4v5.

Would hope that Riot would erase this game from our history and restore lost LP.

You can actually see Jayce in the duplicate game moving around when he is not moving around in the game that everyone else is in.
