Unable to login to send out request to report a player

Hi Riot,

I was trying to login to the link: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to report a player but I am unable to login due to the "Gateway timeout Error". Last night I had a game with a player who never buy an item and do nothing on mid lane and also feed the enemy team. I really want to upload the game replay to report this player. Anyone can help with this login problem? Thank you in advance!
