[Client] Logging into a ranked queue?

Ok, so the problem occured when I logged into my account yesterday night. Everything seemed fine and then I queued up for a ranked match and as soon as I hit accept, my client went completely black excluding the borders. I could hear the sound effects, but I couldn't click on anything. A few minutes later I was returned to the main menu because someone dodged the game. I logged in today, and the same problem occured, except this time my screen turned black as soon as I logged in, and I tried to exit my client and it gave me the queue dodging message when I tried to exit as if I was already queued up for a ranked match in my promotioanl series, but I hadn't even clicked anything. So I exited, and it coutned as a loss and i lost lp and promo game.
