So what is with this login queue?

Okay, I know Riot has shown their awareness about it, but I have waited for about an hour and the queue number hasn't changed. It's over 20000, then it will bounce to 1, then back to over 20000.

For me, my position in queue has been at 1 for over an hour while the wait time keeps changing.

try loggin out and logging back on
