My keyboard just stops working

So obviusly there's nothing wrong with my keyboard, because I'm typing this right now. What's wrong is that I'll press a button to cast an ability, and nothing happens. Nothing. It doesn't cast, nothing. I tryed fixing my hot keys, I tried quick cast and not quick cast, nothing works. I can still type in game, it's just summoner spells, abilities, items, wards, and pretty much everything I need to play the fucking game that doesn't work. Any help? I tried disconecting and reconecting but that doesnt work either. Please help rito. I can't play league because of this.
