[GAMEPLAY] Relic Shield bug

Played a normal 5v5 game as Sion support, bought Relic Shield. Later in the game, I sold the Relic sheild while I had charges on the shield. Even though I sold the shield, for the entire rest of the game the charges still could be seen orbiting Sion. I am not sure if they were visible to other players.
