This is happening to me also. Was about to report it till i saw this thread.
The exact same thing is happening for me in Chrome, Firefox and IE. It has been happening for about two weeks now.
I saw that this was a problem same time last year and Riot fixed it, but it appears it's resurfacing again.
Someone created a Chrome extension for a temporary fix, but on the Chrome user reports people are saying it doesn't work now.
I'm having a similar issue with Chrome and IE where match history page is blank for NA. I can pull up other regions, but not NA. I found an archived thread from last year where people were having this issue and RIot posted a fix. Ok, my match history is now fixed. Thanks. Not sure how, but just works now.
