I've been playing Lol for 7 years and was able to run without problems with V-Sync 60fps! Even with the new client I use since November 2016. I changed nothing on my system or settings, only patched LoL today.
Now I sometimes have extreme frame drops and it stutters extremly. Should I set my video option new? (since I heard about the DirextX issues)
I have the exact same problem, the game is unplayable atm for me, RITO PLS. :(
Same problem here. I had stable 60 fps always (also in teamfights). After new patch i have something like character laggin - not like smooth moving but like frames-moving. It is visible on respawn more than in the middle of the map. I have solution: i changed full screen mode on borderless mode it repair that "weird" movin but i feel i still have FPS drops :/
I tried also reinstall and change nVidia settings.

Same problem here exactly! nvidia GTX950, I already tried to do a fresh windows install and switch drivers but same problem. Also tried all the Rior Low Frame Rate (FPS) Troubleshooting, but nothing changed either.
I guess still no solution... Btw i had around 150+fps while streaming League of Legends. Now i cant even play solo

Yes i have the same issue. Play league on mac and was around 140 fps. Now it drops to 60 and even lower during team fights.
Hey Riot, I've never had drops below 60fps before this patch, now I'm seeing drops from 90fps to 8fps and up to a 2 second delay on spell casts... I've been a loyal paying customer for a few years now and can't even play against bots without crippling frame drops. Please fix this.
