My Q, R and B stopped working in the middle of a game

Was playing a Katarina and aboujt 10 minutes into a game, my Q, R and B didnt work anymore. You could hear the "click" noise when you'd press the buttons, but nothing would happen. I toggled between smart cast and normal cast, hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't. I relogged into the game and that didn't work. I even closed League completely, relogged in the game and that didn't work. About 8 minutes after the problem started, it randomly fixed itself but by that time the game was over due to it being a 4v5. I'm doing a client repair, hoping that will fix any further problems. Anyone else come across this?
