(Gameplay) Caitlyn - Damage mostly goes off before projectile even leaves character

On Caitlyn, when autoattacking , the damage will hit immediately and then the projectile will leave the gun and then you can't cancel the animation to orb walk.

Go to lane Auto anything Damage will mostly hit immediately then the bullet will come out of the gun which then makes it impossible (or very difficult) to orb walk in any direction.

I've tried this over 2 games and this has happened each time, this has happened on officer and headhunter skins. Items do not affect this bug.
