Fiddlesticks E cooldown timer bug in combination with ult

Whenever you use your ultimate with fiddlesticks, and your first move directly after your ult is your E then your E's cooldown timer won't show. The skill will still loos as if its available while its already been used. When the cooldown time has passed its useable again as normal. But whenever its your first move after an ultimate attack the icon bugs.

1. Use fiddlesticks ultimate
2. As soon as your ult lands, use your E on a champion
3. Your E will damage the enemy and has been used but the icon still shows as if its still available.

This will happen every time you'll do this. I've done it over 10 times now.
