quinn bugs still going on..

its been a long time that these quinn bugs have existed and it hasnt even been talked about being fixed. her e is bugged she kicks people out of range and doesnt gett to auto. her passive is bugged and if you are lucky you get one proc per lvl. it doesnt apply dmg righton her passive procs.
