[Client] bug with low priority queue

I got a low priority queue of 20 minutes because I disconnected in a ranked game. My internet is buggy and sometimes suddenly disconnects out of nowhere and I need to disconnect my WiFi and reconnect to it. I had the same problem when in low priority queue so i disconnected from LoL. I reconnected to my WiFi and the timer still went on. It reached 0 and it started looking for a game. I waited a few minutes but still didn't find any game, then I left queue. I entered queue again without logging in and out, waited 20 minutes and then the same thing happend. I joined queue but couldn't find any game. I now have wasted a full 50 minutes waiting for a game and still haven't got one, and they aren't even off my punishment of 5 games.
