Weird glitch in ranked champ select

Hey I don't know if this has been reported yet, but I just tried to play a ranked game, got into champ select as normal. When it got to my turn the lock-in noise played and it immediately jumped to the other teams turn without me or the person I had the turn with picking a champ. When the time ran out on the other team, I got kicked for not selecting a champ. Weirdest thing I've seen today.
