Game was acting like it was lagging but it wasn't

excuse the quality since my phone sucks

my ping and everything was fine, this happened in the two games before but then fixed themselves. i restarted the client and kind of too hopefully figured that wouldve fixed the problem, but i shouldve just taken the message and stopped playing ranked (ive been trying to get my placements done)

the thing is that the sound would go out like it was completely muted, and then the slideshow would start. im gonna accept my mmr tanking as a result of my stupid decision making, but since i got reported for this mess, any way you guys can fix it so i can start playing again?
