Azir's soldier auto still misses and once in a while so does his Q!

In numerous games (yes numerous! I love him still, regardless of how weak he is xD ) of playing I have experienced the autos of his soldiers don't always register and once in a while his Q also doesn't register.

I never upload anything but its happened so frequently in the many games I play him that I had to post this.
