Rakan E Costs Double the listed mana

According to the Tool Tip for Rakan's E (Battle Dance), the mana cost should be "60/70/80/90/100". However, I noticed that when I cast my E, the mana consumed is actually DOUBLE the aforementioned mana costs. I only noticed this after the recent patch. Also, this has nothing to do with the re-casting of the skill. This happens after the first cast.

Ok, so after some experimenting, I have discovered that it only occurs with Xayah. Also...I can't add a Xayah bot to a custom game.

Thats not even all of it. The first cast costs double! mana, but the second "free" cast also consumes the usual manacost of the first cast. I cant understand how this went through testing...

Didn't we like just have a different bug with the E where you couldn't recast if you had low mana?
