[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank Barrels Interaction with Lich Bane

When playing Gangplank, if you have a lichbane and you auto a 1-hp barrel or Q it (for the lichbane proc), the lichbane proc will be consumed but the barrel will not deal any extra damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Pick GP.
2. Buy LichBane.
3. Q or auto (with the lichbane proc) on a 1-hp barrel.

The lichbane proc will be gone but the barrel will not deal extra damage, as it would with a trinity force.
