Game automatically declines by itself

I hope this is the right category for this. Just started happening today, everytime i join matchmaking as soon as a match is found im not given the chance to accept the game it just automatically declines and takes me back to the home page. I tried exiting the client and relogging back in and right as a game was found it declined and i got restricted from joining queue's due to declining too many matches. I'm not sure whats happening and im afraid to test it further and get even more restrictions.
