Game automatically declines by itself

I hope this is the right category for this. Just started happening today, everytime i join matchmaking as soon as a match is found im not given the chance to accept the game it just automatically declines and takes me back to the home page. I tried exiting the client and relogging back in and right as a game was found it declined and i got restricted from joining queue's due to declining too many matches. I'm not sure whats happening and im afraid to test it further and get even more restrictions.

You may be getting a lot of lag and it's just popping up late. Try running through the steps on the Connection Troubleshooting Guide here and let me know if anything helps.

No none of that fixed the issue. Sorry its been 3 days since my response i didnt play league for 2 of the days and most of today league was working fine. But it just happened again tonight. I noticed it only happens when im tabbed out of the client. But if i dont leave the client window and just wait for a match to be found it works fine. Occasionally it will pop up a message that says "Active game not found", not sure if that helps.

The League window is supposed to pop up to the front as the active window when it finds a match or it's your turn to select. Is it not doing that?

I did a quick google search and it looks like people have had this happen to them when they alt-tab out, and it seems like Windows doesn't properly register that it's not the active window anymore so won't pop up to the front. Their workaround was to use the - minimize button instead of alt-tabbing. Try doing that when you want to use a different window while you wait, and make sure there's some client sound so you can hear the queue pop as well.

Normally it does pop to the front when a game is found and i can just click accept. I tried the minimizing and it worked! At least so far (posting this as my first game is loading up). Thanks for looking into that for me I appreciate it, after a couples games of testing ill post here again with an update.
