Key bindings won't work [GAMEPLAY]

Sometimes once the game launches my keyboard quits working in game. I can still type in chat and go out to a tab and type in it, but if I press a key bind (ex. press q to activate/aim an ability) nothing happens. I can't press b to back or use any abilities unless I click and drag them with my mouse. I don't encounter this too often, but it just happened twice in three games. It started happening after the newest update, and it really stops me from playing the game when it happens. Please look into this.
