Annie/Leblanc Bug

When I ult with tibbers it makes me unable to move. I can still attack and use abilites but unable to move until tibbers despawns. With leblanc it was either when i ulted or when my passive popped. I was able to move once I used my W. Relogging sort of helped. It didn't happen everytime after i relogged but still happened.
