can't get in game because of an sound error named "звук отключен"

every time i go in queue select a champion but when the selection is over, i just get a blank screen with a text in the middle which states "звук отключен" (it's russian and it means sound unlocked). i've tried restarting league of legends and my pc but it didn't work. can you please help me [cass-cry]
