zilean lags

Last 10 games I had lags while playing zilean in ranked. There were very bad lags, screen froze , no aniamtion. all across the map. And the game crashed at the end.

My ping was low, and fps normal. also I checked ping in CMD and speed.

Other champaions were fine.
