targeting bugs.

targeting is a bad system right now. i attempt to ult the person im mousing over and instead im ulting the person that the edge of their champs near the center of the champ im ulting. thats merely one of the situations where i find myself slowly becoming more toxic because of crap targeting. also when i center click something like a voidling or a spiderling my champ is running around the thing instead of attacking it like i clearly want them to. why riot? why must you create toxicity this way? even when a champ is sitting still i right click them and my ranged adc walks up to shake hands while being shot because of this bad system.
