Purchased Masterchest, need hextech to open (CLIENT)

I purchased one of those masterchests with snowdown points, and i went to open it while Qued for a game. The game started and it never opened, when i left the game, i went to open it and now i need a hextech key to use the chest.

Yes, Masterwork chests require keys. They are not like capsules or orbs that have been in other events.
