As the title says, I get this error when I try to redeem my prepaid card.
There is an error in XML document (1, 2).
I honestly hope I don't have to go back to try to resolve this myself because it was paid for with a gift card. (which makes any transaction refund an instant hassle)
EDIT: alright, just got home from work and as of now I'm able to redeem. Perhaps the rest of you will find that everything works as well.

The same thing is happening to me with two $10 cards. It's getting to be really frustrating.
I got the same message, i don't think its the code but the current server at the moment
