Game freezes and I have to sign out [CRASH]

Since the update from the last patch, many times when I enter a game, the health bars over the head of the champions is missing, including mine, and some other on-screen information, like ping and fps, etc. Then, some minutes later, when something happens, something as simple as a level up, for exemple, the screen freezes completely and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del and SIgn out of my windows account and enter LoL again, so there's at least 5 minutes I'm absent of the game, for a reason that has nothing to do with me, and when the game finishes I am rewarded with a gift of 5 games waiting in low priority queue... -.- This is the third time it happened in 4 or 5 days, that's 5 hours in total in low priority... having the same treatment as players who leave on purpose. Is there some way you can fix this?
