Targeting a minion/jungle monster/enemy champion with Leblanc Q or Draven autoattack

Recently I have had issues with Draven and LB with their targeting. Sometimes when I try to Q minion/jungle/enemy champion, even though I'm in range the Q doesn't go, it hovers over them but can't click. With Draven it was a similar issue but with his axe, unable to right click/attack move click right mouse button on the said targets.
