I can't invite my friends, or type in chat sometimes.

Aight, so I would attach images, but how do I attach something that does not exist. When I invite my friends, their creating a normal game is in blue. They are "currently not able to join your lobby", even though they are just chilling waiting for an invite. Or maybe I can invite them but They see it say "on hold" even though I am in lobby waiting for them to accept the invite. Now the next problem is that I can't even type in chat. Not in game, but in the client. It can be in lobby, DMs, during champ select or even after game chat, BUT I CANT TYPE OR SEE THEM TYPE. When it's in champ select or after game, it just says "connecting". Now I don't know if anyone else reported this but I keep getting annoyed needing to restart my client a gazillion times a day. Please look into this if you haven't already. Thank you <3.
