Been having a problem in games where one champion on the other team will have the passive mark for Jhin's passive stay on them for the entire game. It seems to happen randomly as I don't get it happening in every game, but once the bug happens it doesn't go away for the rest of the game. I have been using High Noon Jhin, so I'm not sure if it is a skin specific problem or just on the champion in general.
It's skin specific to High Noon Jhin. I've had this issue. I believe it's when you hit them when they're marked in the fog of war. It always happens to me against Fiora for some reason.
I wish I recorded the game so I could review it. Several time I was hit with a Jhin root and it seemed as if I was stunned. I was playing Morgana. I couldn't self E or cast QWR. There was a Panth and Sona but I took their stun in to account. I was Supp. My team was...

I've played a lot of morg games and never had been CCed so much or just blown up with no ability to cast at all.
Also while I am here why does Morg ult get canceled by Yi Q. Even Fizz will get chained again after playful but Yi Q makes him super untargetable?
I've had this same problem with the High Noon skin. I've never had this problem with the regular skin.
