[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs ult animation glitch

I recently played a ranked game where Snow day Ziggs would throw his ult and the animation wouldn't show up until it exploded. This resulted in a lot of trouble in team fights. You could reproduce this and see it for yourself just by playing a game with a snow day ziggs. I am currently unsure if this is a thing across all ziggs skins or just one, but I know for sure it occurred on snow day ziggs.
