Bug with ekko?

I was playing a game as jungle ekko. a few times through the game it listed on death recap i did damage to my self from auto attacks. What really stands out as a bug was when i was clearing a wave of super minions i got fairly low health but not so low that the supers could kill me instantly or what not.... i q'ed e'ed and hit a minion and died instantly. death recap said i did 202 damage to my self with an auto attack. the game even showed i killed my self... i dont know how to elaborate because i wasnt able to repeat it before the game ended.
