Scryer's Blooms appear as ready, but ...

SO in this game, i was playing on ranked, EUNE, me and my team were in the endgame. We just won a teamfight near the baron pit and started walking towards the enemy highgrounds, I noticed that there two Scryer's Blooms - vision plants on the right of the pit - both displayed as fully grown, but no HP bar on top of them, untargetable. My teammates also noticed that and said - i quote "RITO fix your shit" and soon after that we won. It only happened once to me since, but i wonder if others are also seeing this. TY all.
