Client Won't Patch

I open League up and it says that it has a patch to update, but every time I try to update it gets stuck at 83.7 MB /84.1 MB. I tried closing the client and opening it up again, turned off my computer, and restarted my router, but it still gets stuck updating at 83.7 MB /84.1 MB.
