LeaverBuster applying to pvp.net disconnect issues

Queue often bails out with a pvp.net disconnected message, and must be manually restarted. This happens before the player sees a champion-select screen or an afk check button.

LeaverBuster software appears to be classifying some of those situations as the fault of the player.
