[Gameplay] [Client] Game disappears after almost winning...

I was just in a game, we were up to inhibitors i was like 14/4 as kat, all lanes were winning and suddenly i disconnect, get 3000 ping. I restart internet and try to get back in and then I find that the game is not even in my match history.

This happened at 9:14 PM in New Zealand time
