Mastery Points Not loading (Bug?)

So when I was finished with a match, I waited to see my stats/grade and how many points I earned on Fizz since I did very well. But I noticed that the grade/points were just kinda loading and swirling around and never stopped ( http://gyazo.com/19ba6b32172bf96df82f29eb04dd477a ). This has happened a couple times to me in the past, but none of my friends have experienced it. I just kinda wanted to inform you guys and wondered if you encountered this and if it can be fixed. Thanks :) (And yes, after writing all this it's still loading :P)
