[Bug] [Gameplay]

Ok so i play a lot of thresh and I have fallen in love with just because of it ending up as and the way i build thresh. So here is my bug report, as of .23 s basic attacks do not proc the minion execute but if you do last hit the minion perfectly it still gives the gold and heal I have had this happen so many times and its really started to put me off the item.
