[CLIENT] Disappearing hextech chest and key

Greetings,

What happened: Today, for the first time in a while, I got myself a hextech key. So as soon as I finished my game and got my third fragment, I went on into the loot tab and forged myself the key. When I tried to open a chest with that key, the client froze for a few seconds and then kicked me out of the loot tab. I went back into the tab, only to find out both my key and chest were gone without dropping any loot. (All of this happened in the client).

I relogged to see if it was a glitch which didnt load the loot after you opened a chest, but that wasnt the case.

What did I do for the bug to occur?

1. I went into the Loot Tab.
2. I forged a hextech key after I collected 3 fragments.
3. I pressed the OPEN button (this is were the client froze).
4. I waited till the client stopped freezing.
5. After I got kicked out of the Loot Tab, I went back into it (again freezing the client for a few seconds).
6. Back in the Loot Tab, but no new loot to be seen.

I don't have any screenshots or recordings of the bug, since it has only happened once so far and I wasn't expecting to find this bug.

Hopefully all of the info I gave will be enough to solve the issue.
