Cursor Locked from Attack

Game : Ranked Solo/Duo Champion : Darius Bug/Issue: Cursor would Lock to Glove when Targeting one specific player. Would not change to Attack and made attacking impossible with targeted skills in this case. Darius Ultimate skill. Enemy in question: Jax Solution: Temp Fix - Hit Escape and click on Close from the Option menu. ONLY way i was able to get my cursor to unlock from glove.

i have been playing League better part of a year. This is the 1st time i have experience this and only thing i can think of is a possible Cheat or Hack.
