So i tried Ahri on PBE after her rework and her W was really slow to cast i dont know if its bc the server ora bug or is bc its now like that.The only thing i know that it was pretty bad like i couldnt cast in on the champ that i want or even farm properly.(Sorry for my english)

I'm pretty sure it was intentional. There's been some talk about it on the PBE boards.
