[CLIENT] Club Not Showing In Client

I created a club a while ago but now the club is not showing on my account. I am still shown as the leader of the club to the other members preventing anyone from changing the settings or adding/removing members. Is there some way to either change the leader of the club to another member or to add the club back to my account?
