Draft Normal Games Not Starting

After the bans when the game is about to start loading, an error appears reading; Error: Oof. The game failed to start. Give the client a restart and buzz support.leagueoflegends.com if this comes up again.

Other people have tested this and had the same problem. We have restarted the client several times.
