Game tabbing out randomly.

Twice I have given first blood to the enemy midlaner because of this bug. Others have mentioned having this same problem in game and on the boards. Why hasn't this been fixed??? The game tabs out to the desktop randomly. Usually at the beginning of the game and then some time later randomly.
