[CLIENT] Scrolling bug (friendlist/match history)

When scrolling through the friend list that is on top of the detailed match history (accessed in client after clicking on a game in the match history view of one's profile), if the cursor's x-position is within the bounds of the match history scrolling view beneath the friend list then both will scroll at the same time. This is reproducible 100% of the time on at least Windows (as far as I can tell).

This is pretty minor as far as usability goes but I think it's something that could be fixed to improve the polish of the client.
