Ahri no passive bug [gameplay]

There's a bug at the moment where when a game start's ahri will have 0%ap ratio on her passive. The way to get this bug is by picking ahri and so far i've played 4 games with ahri all ranked and 2 of them had no AP ratio on her passive so max my passive would heal for 18hp a hit
