'Ranked' Tab not working? (Displays wrong rank)

When I go to my profile, it shows that I am D4, but when I click the 'Ranked' tab it shows me as P4. It also shows P4 on websites such as Leagueofgraphs. Despite this, I'm still matching against Diamond ranked players and gaining +15 per win, which if I was actually P4 with Diamond MMR would not be getting.

Probably just a minor bug but it's just kind of annoying.
