Re-downloaded LOL and gives "RAD error"

I was having errors connecting to games and game crashes so I uninstalled League and redownloaded it from leagoflegends.com. Now when I try to open it, it gives me a "RADS error" and suggests I check my firewall, which I didn't have any problems with before.
