Jarvan's Standard being in a Wall? (Gameplay)

I'm not sure if this was implemented some time ago, and I just can't find this in his patch history, but I have been noticing that you can now place Demacian standard on walls and the like.

Why is this a thing? It doesn't give vision while in a wall, tp-ing to it is either unpredictable, or unreliable when it's in a wall (untested), and it completely nerfs the e-q combo. Even if the standard is mostly on the other side of the wall, or if it is even barely on the wall on the other side, you will not be pulled over, and it has either near killed, or it did kill me, in the end. If you are reading this Riot, please do something about this.
